Remuneration Committee
The Remuneration Committee is a committee of the Council.
It is responsible for setting the pay of the Vice-Chancellor, reviewing their performance, and advising on senior staff remuneration. It provides independent scrutiny to ensure senior staff pay is fair, consistent and transparent.
