Welcome to the Governance and Compliance Division
The Governance and Compliance Division exists to support the good governance of the University and to assure the efficient and effective functioning of the most important of the central institutions, including the Council and its Committees. In so doing, the Office offers advice and support to the most senior officers of the University and assures compliance with the appropriate legal, regulatory, and other obligations binding on the University.
